THE PERFECT VENUE!!! Mount Hope is truly a one of a kind venue for several reason. I had really high standards when looking for a venue so high of standards that it was seeming impossible for me to find the perfect venue and of course within the price range. Mount Hope met all my standards and then some! The venue offers a ceremony spot inside and outside, which was important for me as weather is unpredictable. I wanted to know that there was a back up plan if the wedding was going to be outside and the weather decided not allow an outside ceremony. Another big key factor when choosing Mount Hope is that the reception area is located in a different barn but within the same area as the ceremony barn. This allows brides to have both the ceremony and reception area fully set up to their liking without having to worry about “flipping the room over”, like most other venues, where the ceremony and reception are within the same room. Another big factor when deciding between Mount Hope and other venues is that unlike most venues, Mount Hope allows access to the venue, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for no additional cost. This mess less stress about setting up having your wedding and cleaning up all in one day. We were able to decorate and have our rehearsal on Friday. Have our wedding on Saturday without having to worry about cleaning up and leaving the venue at a certain time. Sunday we were able to clean everything up. There’s more to Mount Hope than just the venue, theres four different housing options available to rent. Two of them being; A cottage on the same property as the venue that is the perfect getting ready space for the bride and bridesmaids. A lodge big enough for a whole side of the family to stay in as well as an amazing kitchen and dinning area in the basement that’s perfect for rehearsal dinner. However, the best thing about Mount Hope is the venue owner herself, Renee. She is unlike most venue owners I have came across or heard about. Renee does not try to sale you on her venue, she gives you the information you need to know to help you make the right decision. Renee allows the venue to speak for itself with all of its beauty. She is there to make your wedding dreams come true without all of the stress. Although Renee can often be a busy lady, she was always quick to respond to any and all questions. She was such a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs.

Beautiful wedding venue with location for ceremony , cocktail, and reception. The staff worked flawlessly all evening to keep wedding guests comfortable and attended to all needs as they arose . The views are amazing.

This is a wonderful place to have a small wedding. It's out in God's country. The barn was built in the 18 hundreds. If those wall could talk. We attended a laid back country wedding. It was absolutely beautiful. The reception building was enough room for at least 100 people. We had the food catered but had to pick it up ourselves. Which we set it all up. Plenty of room for cold food. Tons of bags of ice. They supplied the big containers for drinks and alcohol. Bathrooms are very clean. Big fire pit to roast some marshmallows. All in all if you are looking for a laid back country wedding where your guests don't have to wear their fancy clothing. This is the place. So laid back , no drama , and a lot of fun out in God's country.
